She is a Chartered Accountant, entrepreneur and founder of Manase and Associates, with extensive experience in auditing, business advisory, corporate governance and strategy. She was the first female Chairperson of Total South Africa and has served on several boards, including the South African Reserve Bank, SITA and TCTA, while co-founding the African Women Chartered Accountants (AWCA).

Ntombi Langa-Royds is Chairperson of the WDBIH Remuneration Committee and Non-Executive Director at WDB Investment Holdings. She has more than 30 years of Human Capital experience across financial services, manufacturing, media, public sector and NGO environments. She is Chair of the Council of St Stithians College and serves on the King Commission Remuneration subcommittee as well as the IoDSA Remco and Social and Ethics Forums.

Ndiambani is a Non-Executive Director of WDB Investment Holdings and Chairperson of the Investment Committee. She is a Chartered Accountant and CEO and Co-founder of Blackslope Mobility t/a Everlectric, with more than 15 years of experience in deal structuring, due diligence and commercial finance.

Edith is a Non-Executive Director of WDB Investment Holdings, and Chairperson of the WDBIH Social and Ethics Committee. A seasoned Human Resources Executive and Business Manager with more than 15 years of experience in strategic human capital development and organisational change across the public and private sectors. She previously held senior roles at Standard Bank, Enele Consulting and New GX Capital and currently works at Fibre Circle, focused on advancing the circular economy.

Malande is a Non-Executive Director of WDB Investment Holdings andChairperson of the WDBIH Audit and Risk Committee. A Chartered Accountant and experienced Finance Executive who is currently self-employed as a consultant, Independent Director and Trustee across several boards, pension funds and trusts.

Lesego is the Acting CEO of WDB Investment Holdings and a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience across the private and public sectors. She serves as a Non-Executive Director of Motus Holdings and Oceana Group and brings extensive experience in financial management, investment management, governance and strategy.
